Two Small Men With Big Hearts

My friend found Two Small Men and asked me to supervise the move of his stuff to storage as he was moving out of the city. There was a lot of stuff to be moved, it needed about a 5 tonne truck. They worked quickly but didn't rush the move. They were awesome.

I'm a small business operator who runs a volunteer company shop within the building of the National Ballet. We bring in stuff from trade shows and we need a moving company to move it all from the front to the back of the building to the trucks and then once more after that. So we've used Two Small Men with Big Hearts many times, always dealing with different moving men. They've always been terrific and the secretary who answers their phones and does their scheduling always does a great job too. Recently we had to move at short notice and they were fantastic about that. I will definitely use them again.

I used them when I had to move everything in my office and they were a great company. They picked up and dropped off everything when they said they would and were very good about that. They were quick too. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I moved awhile ago from my one bedroom apartment. I found them on the internet and they were really good and professional. They were very careful and really fast. I would recommend them.

I had my move completed Saturday August 4th by Two Small Men with Big
Hearts Moving in Ottawa. I would like to say that I was extremely satisfied with the
job that was done. Mike, John and Eric were all very professional, polite
and friendly. They really went above expectations to complete my move in a
manner that made a stressful time easy and worry free for me.

It was not an easy move as the apartment building has no elevator
whatsoever so everything had to be moved down via the staircases, hallways,
up a last few stairs to the small entryway (down a big step) and out to the
truck. Because the stairs are split up (2 staircases per floor) there were
more stairs than what they had expected. My apartment was on the top floor.
It was an extremely hot and humid day and the hallways/staircases are not
air conditioned and have no windows so it was incredibly hot and
uncomfortable. Even with those conditions the team did not complain but
instead just got the job done in a quick and efficient manner.
They were all very friendly and made me feel very comfortable throughout
the whole process. Everything was explained very clearly so I understood
everything that was going on and the billing was made very clear. The
objects that I was not able to pack/wrap myself were carefully padded and
wrapped up to ensure nothing was damaged.

The unloading at the house was done very quickly even after all the effort
and extra time that had been required to deal with the stairs at the
apartment building and the afternoon heat. The guys took great care to
ensure everything was unloaded to the desired spots within the house and
things that had to be stored were carefully and efficiently stacked. There
was no mess or damage left behind and what had been disassembled at the
apartment was promptly reassembled. All this despite the incredibly hot and
humid weather.

I was exceptionally happy with my move and will gladly refer others to
use Two Small Men with Big Hearts Moving after my experience with Mike,
John and Eric. If there is some kind of employee bonus/reward at your
company these guys surely deserve it after tackling such a trying move with
such positive attitudes, friendliness and professionalism.

Each year the Salvation Army depends on numerous sponsors and the public for toy and food donations for folks needing support at Christmas time. Donations must be picked up in a timely manner on scheduled days. A spirit of appreciation is required from all points of contact with the sponsors.
