The salesman was clear, concise, honest and helpful in recommending the right doors. The service people were prompt, did a great job and the clean up was perfect. The install mgr came by after the installation was complete and made sure we were totally satisfied. The price was competitive with other bids.

We embarked on an extensive exterior home improvement project in the Spring of 2013 with Rob, the sales rep from Torwin. Rob was very helpful in guiding us through the process of planning and selecting the right materials and managing our expectations throughout the whole project. A project of this size is not without it's hiccups, but whatever issues came up, they were resolved to our satisfaction. We appreciated Rob's attention to the project and if a concern arose, he was right there. JP the lead contractor was friendly and took the time to explain the project. Wouldn't be fair also not to mention Nick and Cassi in the Torwin office who kept us informed and were there to help coordinate scheduling and general customer service. We were happy with the materials used, the colours we choose and would recommend Torwin for anyone looking for a great doors/window/siding contractor. In the end, the project was on time, on budget, and extensive follow-ups were made to us to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction.

In the past few years, we had Torwin's Master Installer Fritz do various jobs for us & our relatives. We were extremely pleased with his fantastic skills & helpfulness. Recently, Torwin's Astounding Fritz returned for an encore of another Powerful Performance. He and his son Michael turned in a Fabulous job & replaced SEVEN windows. We do recommend Torwin's Fritz & son always.

Everyone involved at Torwin was very friendly and helpful (especially Cassi & Rob). We received a very quick response to our e-mail enquiry, were able to meet with the salesman within two days and then got the doors we ordered very quickly as well. The installation was done well, no mess left behind and the doors look great! We would use Torwin again.

We have had Torwin replace all our windows and doors over the past 10 years or so. We met Jodi at a home show, where he took about an hour to go over what we should be looking for. To say the least we have not regretted the decision to go with Torwin. We could have got cheaper windows but the quality of the windows and doors as well as the workmanship by their installer Fritz is worth the extra.
This past Christmas we had an issue with out patio door. I needed to take the door off to remove a piece of rubber that had wedge between the doors. After sending an email asking for help, less than hour later Fritz was on the phone guiding me through how to remove the door.
I highly recommend Torwin, and plan to call them when we need a new garage door.

I obtained quotes for a new front entry door from three reputable companies. Torwin was the only company willing to provide me a custom made 42 inch door that replaced a very old 34 inch door that had a sidelight. I chose the architectural brown executive panel door with the 3/4 Rosdale glass and it looks fantastic. The installation crew was meticulous, courteous and listened to my concerns. For a third time, we hired Torwin to install windows and doors. As in the past, we were very satisfied with the work performed. The install crew (JP, Johnnie & Aaron) were great. Floor coverings were put in place for all in-door work and every night a total cleanup was performed. We had one question regarding the install and the question was answered promptly and addressed the next day onsite.
We fully recommend Torwin for door and window work.
