Torwin delivered as promised, an excellent product, with an easy and careful installation of windows. I appreciated the great customer service; 2 thumbs up! This is our 2nd contract with Torwin.

After getting quotes from three other companies, all of which were not satisfactory, I decided to get Torwin to install two six-foot patio sliding doors. The overall process was smooth. At my request Torwin put a rush on the order - the doors were installed in less than a week! Tony in sales was easy to work with, answered all my questions and provided a detailed written quote. Torwin has a good team, including their office co-ordinator, installation manager and installers. The installation was scheduled for a Monday, but on Friday I got a call and told that it would be moved a day later, as another project took longer than expected. Jeff did a great job installing the doors with no damage to the trim or the floor. There was good attention to detail. Jeff caulked the door, used spray foam insulation and clean the glass after they were done. I was able to pay with a credit card, which is always appreciated because of the 1% cash back. The price I was quoted/paid was competitive and offered good value. I would use Torwin again and recommend the company to family/friends.

Jodee and Ivana at Torwin did an amazing job helping us to pick out our windows and doors. The appearance and quality of the windows and doors is uncomparable. Their installer Albino was amazing with such attention to detail. The craftsmanship is out of this world. Since having the installation we have had neighbors asking us where we got it done as our house totally stands out now. I would recommend them to anyone.

Torwin has done work in our home on three different occasions, spanning several years, as we move towards fully replacing all our windows and doors. They have always done an excellent job and are friendly, professional, and helpful. The person that installed our blinds after one project even commented on the quality of the workmanship. In our latest project, Albino and his helper (sorry, didn't get his name!) kept right on working even through some nasty weather, and they were still pleasant about it and did a great job.

Notwithstanding torrential rains and coming out 3 times because of the rain, the guys from Torwin did an Amazing job - their workmanship, their dedication and the quality of the windows themselves are all Great. Top Notch. On the front end, Jodi was the most informative of all window companies and spends the time to educate his customers completely unlike some other companies. His product is a quality product and is his workmanship. Sales staff and follow up people are also top notch and wonderful to deal with. Highly recommended.

Torwin is an excellent company with excellent sales and installation staff. Rob in sales did an excellent job explaining details regarding the windows and Cassi was very good at quickly responding to our concerns. I will definitely use Torwin again and will recommend to friends and family.
