Andrew helped us pick the right product and suggested what is the perfect colour for our situation. Peter and the great staff at the Leaside location made our condo renovation project a lot less worrisome. From review of product, to the estimating / costing, scheduling, to the punctual and very efficient installation crew led by Bob, we were very impressed by the high level of service!
Another important requirement for us was the accommodating of the condo corporation rules. Every detail of the project was performed beyond our expectations and greatly appreciated.

We were looking for new engineered hardwood for approximately 800 sq ft in a new home we just purchased. We went to many different flooring retailers before settling on the Floor Shop (Wicksteed). The sales staff were friendly, patient and knowledgeable - and came to the house to look at the job in order to be able to give us an accurate estimate. The real gem with the Floor Shop was the installation team led by Woytek. They showed up on time, were incredibly efficient, and kept us up to date on their progress. They budgeted 3-days for the job, and that is exactly how long it took. Most importantly, I was astounded by how the floors looked when they finished. They truly did a remarkable job installing the floors, and the finished product looks amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We worked with Larry at the Floor Shop and were very happy with his service and product. We were looking for economical choices to redo a floor, but didn't want it to look "cheap". He worked with us and was honest about the options we were considering. I would highly recommend their services.
