Ok, i never do this. But I have to leave a review.
I purchased a $2000.00 leather coach from Sears in Ottawa. The set-up delivery. The day before delivery I got a call saying it would be here between 9am-11am. I waited..at 10:30am I get a calls saying it will be here within 1 hour. I waited. Nothing. At 12:30 I phoned and the person (real person) says that the sears calls are not accurate? Ok, so why call?
Anyway, the sofa arrives and is damaged. The delivery guys don't want to move it off the truck so the tell me to send back. I do. I call sears, the lady who sold it to me says that if i send it back its a big issue and I should have kept it and asked for a replacement. ok..noone told me that. So, NOW i have to set up a NEW delivery to get the damaged Sofa Back, and then wait for a third delivery to get the replacement back.
Finally, two weeks later, I get the damaged sofa. Two weeks later (today) I am waiting to get the damaged one removed and a new one. Yesterday, I get a call saying the delivery will be "Between 12noon and 2pm" at 12:17 today, I get a call saying it will be here within the hour. I wait, its now 2pm. I call sears. The person on the phone tells me "the calls are not accurate." Again, why the heck even calling then???? I've been waiting all for this, three times. SHe then says, "In the system it says it will be here between 9am and 6pm."
Never again, NEVER will i buy from Sears.
