We were very pleased with Roto-rooter. They were fast efficient and all those we spoke with were friendly. Kyle in particular did a great job, explaining every step with a smile!

We had a problem on our basement drainage, my husband called Roto-Rooter on Sept 30/17 and a plumber arrived on time his name is Douglas, he performed an excellent service. He was punctual, polite and personable. My husband and I are very pleased and satisfied with the plumbing work he performed. Thank you very much.

VERY IMPRESSED - THEY CAME IN 1 HOUR. THE TECHNICIAN (MIKE) WAS FAST AND EFFICIENT - CLEANED UP THE MESS AND TAUGHT ME HOW TO CLEAN THE DRAIN WEEKLY AND EVEN LEFT THE ENVIROMENTALLY FRIENDLY DRAIN CLEANER TO DO IT WITH. HE SAID THIS IS PART OF THEIR SERVICE.

I was installing a new dishwasher and the old water supply didn't fit. After dispatch mixed up the appointment time (but dealt with it cheerfully and quickly), Kyle K from Roto-Rooter came and was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did the job quickly and left it tidy. I would highly recommend this company and him in particular.

I had a problem with connecting plumbing of two toilets, a bath and sinks that seemed to be clogged. Christopher came out quickly, took all the time he needed to diagnose the problem, explained it to me thoroughly and then fixed it. He was clean, professional and helpful - even giving me advice about what the best kind of toilet replacement would be. He also offered to check my septic tank as well and gave me valuable information about that. He made sure I understood what the complication was (a T instead of a Y connection) and how to avoid problems in future. He was outstanding and I would request him coming out if I need other plumbing services. Thank you Christopher.

Trevor and his staff handled this emergency project in a most professional and prompt manner. They were on time, worked fast and cleaned up after the installation. Called Roto Rooter and they sent a technician
named Ravi Patel. He was amazing, walked me through everything with full explanation and fixed the problem that another plumbing company was quoting thousands of dollars. I will definitely refer this company to all my clients. Thanks Ravi you are a definite asset to this company.

We attempted to replace a toilet in our basement only to find that the "johnnie bolt" would not stay in place. We called at around 11:00 PM to see what service was available and Dougie D. called us back right away and explained he could assist the following day. We called the next morning and he was here within 3 hours of our call. He was efficient, friendly and professional. He repaired the broken flange, installed the toilet and we could not be happier with the service. We would not hesitate to refer anyone to Dougie and Roto-Rooter!

On the Friday before Canada Day I noticed my sewer pipe backing up in my basement. It was about 730 pm. I called Roto Rooter and Billy Patrick showed up to assist. He advised that it seemed like there was a blockage on the city side of pipe. Upon calling the city I was advised that I needed to have my side of pipe dug up to ensure that everything was fine. By now the time was after midnight. I then called Billy back and he came back to my house and spoke to me about the problem. He advised me that he would get a crew to do the work on Canada Day. He was very good at helping me out to get this repair done. His crew showed up at 830 am on Canada Day and were finished my 430 pm. You would not even know they were here. They had to dig up the pipe in my basement and replace. They had to dig 7 feet down in front of residence and replace all piping the as well. Billy checked in frequently and was very good at explaining the process. I would recommend Billy and his team to anyone. Great work. Really appreciated the fast service.
