I had a problem with connecting plumbing of two toilets, a bath and sinks that seemed to be clogged. Christopher came out quickly, took all the time he needed to diagnose the problem, explained it to me thoroughly and then fixed it. He was clean, professional and helpful - even giving me advice about what the best kind of toilet replacement would be. He also offered to check my septic tank as well and gave me valuable information about that. He made sure I understood what the complication was (a T instead of a Y connection) and how to avoid problems in future.
