Competitively priced, efficient, professional and friendly. Paul and Sergio were prompt and a pleasure to deal with. They were very careful with our furniture and the walls and ceiling. We were charged what we were quoted over the phone and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family!

We attempted to replace a toilet in our basement only to find that the "johnnie bolt" would not stay in place. We called at around 11:00 PM to see what service was available and Dougie D. called us back right away and explained he could assist the following day. We called the next morning and he was here within 3 hours of our call. He was efficient, friendly and professional. He repaired the broken flange, installed the toilet and we could not be happier with the service. We would not hesitate to refer anyone to Dougie and Roto-Rooter!
