If I could give them 0, I would. Ordered a couch and love seat at the beginning of April with a June 15 delivery date. They immediately charged $2800. June date comes and goes without so much as a call or notice from them. WE follow up and they say it is re-scheduled for July 4. Again, the day comes and goes with no delivery or call. WE call them again and they say end of July. We have had enough with the delays and the crappy customer service at this point and want to cancel the order and get a refund.
They agree to the refund and say they would process the credit back to my credit card later that day. It is now been 4 days and they still have not credited back my card. I've called every day and they say they will get to it but does not happen.
They are either thieves or totally incompetent! I've now started a dispute resolution through my credit card company to get my money back.
I'd never recommend them to anyone but if you do buy through them, especially large purchases that require a future delivery, make sure it is bought on a credit card and file a dispute before their 90 day protection window if things don't go as planned.
Just a brutal experience with totally incompetent staff.
