Ordered bed in store. Bed arrived with defects so a replacement was ordered but they allowed us to keep damaged bed until replacement arrived. Second replacement bed arrived... with more significant deficiencies. Pottery Barn said they would replace or give us a significant rebate. We took the money. Delivery service was excellent and the store management equally excellent. Kudos to Pottery Barn.
