We needed to get our Furnace and Air Conditioner replaced and we could not be happier that we picked Peel Heating and Service Experts to deal with. The entire experience from the sales process to the installation was completely professional and far exceeded our expectations. Dave Green the sales person explained everything that would be done and put everything in writing so that there were no unexpected cost or fees. Brad and Marcel should up one time and worked all day long… I’m not even sure they took any breaks. These guys were totally professional, they explained everything and the installation and quality of workmanship was excellent. They laid red carpets throughout their work area and cleaned up after everything was done with no mess behind. I would highly recommend Peel Heating and Service Experts and this is definitely a company that I would deal with again. 3 gentlemen were at our door at 9 am. Bradley took care of replacing the AC - Marcel and Paul were in the basement replacing the furnace. They were professional and very friendly. They took their time in answering all our questions in great detail. Before they started working - red carpets were put on our floors to protect them. After they finished their installation - roughly around 2:30 - they cleaned up thoroughly and made sure we understood how everything worked. Removal of old furnace, air conditioner and thermostat. The installers Marcel and Bradley were quick efficient and very tidy. I appreciated their knowledge and explanations as work progressed through the day.
