The technician arrived on time.. his name was Shaan.. he was a very
pleasant person to chat with.. he explained the work to be done..
he showed me how to set the humidifier to the winter level.. he also
detailed the procedure to maintain the humidifier.. he explained the
performance of the furnace and the potential loss of heating due to the age of the furnace compared to the performance to be expected if a new furnace were to be installed. as a result I have scheduled a meeting with
your sales dept on Nov 1 in the morning..with a decision to install anew furnace. excellent performance by your technician today

Shawn was our service technician and he arrived within the scheduled time, was friendly, professional and checked the thermostat and cleaned the furnace. He also treated the condensate pump and provided us with helpful tips to periodically check on before our next maintenance visit. The work was excellent! The two technicians Mark and Allen do a great job. Clean and efficience. They had fixed up some old pipes that was not done properly in the past and spent time explaining to me how the unit work. I would recommend their service any time.
