Peel Heating & Air Conditioning

From past service calls, to support with recognizing we required a new furnace and air conditioner, the salesman looked after our every need. The installation crew worked tirelessly and really took time and care to do a great job. They answered all questions and took time at the end of a long day to review the work and how to operate the units. We are thrilled we chose Peel Heating and Cooling. Amazing job well done!

A year ago Shaan and Ray installed a new a/c and furnace at our home. I was so impressed by their professionalism and technical skill. It was a very difficult install and they worked a very long day without taking many breaks to get it completed. They took the time to patiently explain the new thermostat to me and explain the features of our new units (even though I am sure they tired from the long day!). Shaan returned today to complete the maintenance on the units. Again, I was impressed by his professionalism and technical knowledge. I highly recommend Peel Heating!

Shaan did our maintenance call on the air conditioner and was very pleasant and great to deal with. Straightened out some previous problems we had with cancelled service calls. Will be a please to have him do our next service.

Tamer was very knowledgable and did great job of explaining the issue and the fix required. I was up and running in no time!

Marcel, Bradley & the other quit guy make a great team. They worked for about six hours or so without interruption. Their work was neat, clean and they show respect
to my property. They do not just do their job but they make sure that as a customer, I am satisfied with the outcome of their work. Mostly, what I like about them is that
as soon as they entered my house, they smelled gas and when they get to the basement , they find where the smell is coming from and fixed it even if it was not part of their job.
Those are the kind of people you would gladly welcome inside your home. They show concern towards their customers.
I will definitely recommend their service to family and friends. Great job guys!!

Air Conditioner broke down yesterday in the middle of a heat wave. After looking online, decided to contact Peel Heating. Paul was on site the next morning, diagnosed and repaired/replaced a broken capacitor in less than 20 minutes. Paul was friendly and knowledgeable, and I am completely satisfied (and cool!). I was skeptical of booking a random company online, but given their rating here I decided to take a chance and was glad I did. I can easily recommend their services.

Found the service very professional...........Service Tech, Shaan was a pleasure to deal with. Was there to do 2nd half of A/C-Furnace tune-up, but even double-checked the A/C was running properly.
I would like to suggest we would like Shaan to be our Service Tech for all future services from Peel Heating & A/C.

I had my furnace cleaned and inspected for my annual maintenance plan. I've been using them for many years and never had any issues. Shaan was very polite and did a great job!

We have used Peel Service for years, then they were bought out....out of the country and our furnace broke. Phoned long distance giving all details and our credit card number, should have got their name. our neighbour had already talked to them and a service person came told him we needed a new furnace , ours was only 14 years old. and refused to leave till he was paid ?... We eventually got it fixed..several call from Georgia. On returning home we phoned, seems each person we spoke to did not write the info down. The bill was more than we had been told, but they did honour it, assured us our neighbour had not had to pay...funny he had a paid invoice which we reimbursed him
.... the final straw was a service manager saying ou r crdit card had not worked...found out the original person had it down wrongly..

Requested a quote, 2 days later had a wonderful sales guy show up, 2 days later installed. Great unit, great service. Will always recommend Peel Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone and will always use them for anything required in future.
