3 gentlemen were at our door at 9 am. Bradley took care of replacing the AC - Marcel and Paul were in the basement replacing the furnace. They were professional and very friendly. They took their time in answering all our questions in great detail. Before they started working - red carpets were put on our floors to protect them. After they finished their installation - roughly around 2:30 - they cleaned up thoroughly and made sure we understood how everything worked.
