From the first contact I made with the office, it was a good experience. Jamee, the first point of contact, was more than happy to answer my questions about what I was wanting to purchase, timing, and more than accommodating to have an individual come out to my home. Michael, the owner of McKinnon came out to recommend an AC of brand (s) they carried. Also to see location of Install for the crew. Very professional, experienced, knowledgeable. Once I purchased, an install crew was sent within week. They arrived at my home on schedule, brought things in, told me
what they were going to do, Install install inside and outside, was professional, clean and once system was up and running, things were explained about the install.

Excellent and very professional service, the furnace diagnostic (blower motor died) and repair was excellent and really fast. Their found the furnace was still on warranty, got the part and less than in a day everything was fixed. Communication is above the high level.

McKinnon has completed several jobs for us over the years. This time, as in all the prior visits, Michael and his team were fast, efficient and reliable. We found ourselves with a dead furnace in the New Year. They came to the house quickly, gave us some options, and went about replacing our furnace. The tuning leading from the water tank to the boiler weee not up to standard and were replaced along a pump that wasnt working. Everything was done quickly and now its warm and cozy. Thanks a lot!
