I must admit that I was reluctant at first to use an electrical company that I found on the internet. That said, I was amazed by the quality of Kiya's work. He was a pleasure to work with and really stepped up to the plate to install over 50 pot lights in my existing home. The workmanship is absolutely fantastic and best of all, there was no damage to my home!

Due to high volume of highly rated reviews, I was convinced that Kiya Sunrise Electrical would do a good job. Kiya lives and breathes to give his customers 100% service. He and his crew are absolutely hardworking and courteous. The wiring work was intelligently executed with minimal damage,to my century home. They did an amazing amount of work in three days,Kiya even arranged electrical safety inspection for us.The cost of the work was very reasonable.I would give them 100 stars if possible!

Kiya was prompt and polite and appears to have done the small rewiring job competently if not entirely cleanly.
However, he out-and-out told a falsehood to us about needing to have the whole house rewired -- good thing he didn't come to give the estimate when he said he would!
Furthermore, there was a nearly insurmountable language problem when trying to communicate with Kiya or his men.

Kiya and his crew showed up ready to work on Saturday and Monday. At no point did we feel we were paying guys to listen to their favourite radio station. They were all business on a tricky and finicky job in a 100-year-old house. At each and every critical juncture Kiya consulted. He wanted to be sure we were getting what we wanted. The price was fair and the job site was left clean.

We had hired an older electrician friend to put potlights and extra outlets in our basement back room as we were creating a new office.
Unfortunately,he was starting to suffer from dementia (we found out later) and just about burned the house down. Kiya saved the day. He arrived quickly afterwards, identified the problems and fixed them immediately and at a very reasonable rate. We are thrilled with his work and will definitely use him again.

Kiya and his team rewired our 90+ year old house in less than a week. Kiya is not just an electrician, he helped us design the potlighting in our living room and gave good advise for the lighting in the rest of the house (e.g. where to put three-way switches).

The only thing I would advise others before undergoing a rewiring project, is to remove all clutter around the house and cover everything yourself. Kiya assured us that they would cover and protect everything but dust just got everywhere and we had to clean up throughout the house after. I've never done so much laundry in such a short period of time.

Kiya put 120% into the project to ensure that we were happy with the end result and we really appreciated that. Despite the mess left behind, we would still recommend him to our family and friends. Thank you again!

Kia & his crew rewired our entire house, got rid of the old knob & tube and did this quickly & within the budget alloted. We are very happy with the results & would recommend Kia to all our family & friends.

I came across this website and discovered all the rave reviews about Kiya, so I gave him call to discuss my pot-lighting needs. During my meeting with Kiya, he offered us great design & practicality advice that I'd never thought of before. Kiya is courteous and profession, and I have no doubt that he'll do a great job on my potlight installations. I'll write another review once the job is completed. So stay tuned...

Kiya was not only my electrician - he ended up being my personal home reno planner.
I needed the entire house rewired (quickly so I could move in). Kiya and his crew came in on budget and left my new home with no holes (and the one behind the fridge that was forgotten, they gladly came by to patch (at which time they also affixed a new lamp)).
Kiya also suggested modifications - like pot lights in the living room, an extra lamp in the upstairs hall and an additional 3-way switch in the kitchen. I can't imagine being without those.
Kiya was always punctual and the crew never forgot to sweep up the mess.
I look forward to Kiya's help on any future electrical issues (after all, he knows my house inside out).

Kiya did a great job in re-wiring 80% of our old toronto home. He not only removed all the knob and tube quickly, but also made some great recommendations on positioning of switches, outlets, and lights that have made our house even more livable.
