We had hired an older electrician friend to put potlights and extra outlets in our basement back room as we were creating a new office.
Unfortunately,he was starting to suffer from dementia (we found out later) and just about burned the house down. Kiya saved the day. He arrived quickly afterwards, identified the problems and fixed them immediately and at a very reasonable rate. We are thrilled with his work and will definitely use him again.

- Don't hire your friends or very old people, no matter how much experience they have had in the past. You just never know...
