Rewiring, new pot lights, outlets
Kiya was not only my electrician - he ended up being my personal home reno planner.
I needed the entire house rewired (quickly so I could move in). Kiya and his crew came in on budget and left my new home with no holes (and the one behind the fridge that was forgotten, they gladly came by to patch (at which time they also affixed a new lamp)).
Kiya also suggested modifications - like pot lights in the living room, an extra lamp in the upstairs hall and an additional 3-way switch in the kitchen. I can't imagine being without those.
Kiya was always punctual and the crew never forgot to sweep up the mess.
I look forward to Kiya's help on any future electrical issues (after all, he knows my house inside out).

- Talk to the previous homeowners to see what they suggest. If I hadn't done soI never would have known to install a 3-way switch in the hallway!
