The service and quality at Inline was excellent from our initial visit to the completion of the work! Their staff was very informative and helped make the decision on the new window style very easy. Mike and Tony did a great job removing the windows, installing and insulating the new window and cleaning up afterwards. We now have elegant windows which has updated the outside of our home. We are very happy with the staff and product…Fiberglass is the way to go!

From the service in the showroom, to the service during the installation, Inline Fiberglass Windows were an absolute delight to do business with. The quality of the windows lived up to, and even exceeded what I had read up online. The installers were very professional and pleasant which was very important to me. I don't think i could have found better value elsewhere. I would highly recommend using them to anyone!

We eventually settled on using Inline windows for our new home build, after carefully shopping many other options. Our representative, Dimitry K. at Inline, was extremely helpful and courteous from the start - and a big reason why we chose Inline at the end of the day. He knew his products very well and helped to guide us in choosing the right windows for each area of the house. We had a few unique window arrangements, and Dimitry went out of his way to make sure that those items were carefully and thoughtfully designed/built. The windows were ready and delivered well within the promised time frame. Most importantly, we're very happy with the windows. After spending (probably way too) much time mulling over window companies, we couldn't be happier with our choice. We would very strongly recommend Inline, and Dimitry K. in particular.

having been in the business for several years, I am very pleased with the service and quality of these windows versus some of the other nightmares i have endured on other projects. The staff addressed all needs and changes. The windows look amazing, and their functionality is perfect. Well sealed, seamless frames ensure minimal heat loss. Many other builders have seen my house and are equally impressed.

I cannot say enough good things about inline fiberglass right from the quoting stages right through to the final product. We did all the windows throughout the house through inline. The house looks great now and with the engry savings we will get by using the inline product we will save even more. I could not be happier and would buy from them in the future.

The door handle keeps breaking on my patio door. It is a poor design which the company admits to. However, rather than providing a replacement, they charge me $80 for a new handle.
They can brag about their engineering but the owner really isn't a good engineer and doesn't care about customer satisfaction.
I would recommend that others look for a different manufacturer that will stand behind their product. Me, I am stuck with the door.

Right from our first meeting with Inline, we were given a tour of the production facility on site and shown the manufacturing process , to the meetings with the rep and going through all the ordering processes, the level of service was far beyond what we ever expected. The installers surpassed our level of expectation even fixing some existing issues with our windows that needed to be repaired in order for the new windows to fit. They were friendly, experienced and did an amazing job. !!

When we investigated Inline Fiberglass as a source for windows and patio doors for our new summer cottage, we got wonderful service: excellent product; enthusiastic and informed sales representative (Dmitry) who met with us over the course of almost two years and answered all our questions (often several times) with patience and honesty; sensible advice on technical issues (we are retired and working to a tight budget). We bought more than thirty windows (mainly casement but several hopper windows for a clerestory) ranging up to 5’ x 12’ and four patio doors up to 12’. While we were able to order about three months in advance, it was critical that delivery take place as scheduled since all had to be shipped by barge to the site. Everything arrived as planned, the packing allowed us to hand bomb over difficult terrain, and my three sons and I installed all the windows without a hitch in 3 days.

The result is really impressive. The windows are beautiful and work perfectly.

When we met with Dmitry, we were always impressed by his enthusiasm for the product. Now we can see why.

We bought in a new subdivision 8 years ago. I wanted to replace the builder windows right away as they were cheap and let in all the cold air. Nevertheless, we had our fiberglass windows installed for the entire home in early spring. Our windows look great and we are extremely happy with the warmth that we’re enjoying at home given the lower temperature these days. I’ve also noticed that my cooling bills were lower this summer.

Twice in the last year I ordered doors and windows from Inline and both times was really pleased with them and with their service. I visited the factory, was given a tour by Dmitry, who was excellent and knowledgeable. Inline went the extra mile to do a complicated sliding door and window unit that I custom ordered. It was made beautifully. I am sold on fiberglass as a window material and find all their products are very good thermally and have a modern feel.
