I recently bought a house in Newfoundland that needed major renovations. I had to replace all my windows. I altered the majority of windows and added several new ones. My order was complicated. I needed a company that was responsive and reliable and offered a good product.
I researched many window companies and many window types. I spoke to several builders (I am currently involved in the construction industry) and after extensive research I finally decided to purchase fiberglass windows from Inline fiberglass Ltd. I spoke to Dimitri (at Inline) who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Because I am currently living in the U.S. and renovating the house in Newfoundland I was very worried about problems that could arise. Dimitri's was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He exhibited exceptional customer service despite the fact that we had to do everything over the phone. Everything worked out perfectly. Inline and Dimitri exceeded my expectations in every way. They have me as a customer for life. I have no hesitation in recommending Dimitri and Inline Fiberglass windows.

When deciding to replace my 23 year old, wood framed windows, I did my homework and shopped around. I looked at wood again as well as vinyl and aluminum then I heard a commercial for Inline Fiberglass. I thought that I would have a look and was impressed. I had quotes from two competitors which, to say the least, were startling. When Inline’s quote was received, there was no magic in making the decision. Their quality was equal to anything I had seen and in many cases better. In addition, their price was more than competitive.
My installation was split into two phases, most windows and patio door were done in the fall of 2012 with the installation of a bay window scheduled for the spring of 2013. Unfortunately, the spring installation was missed because of a mix up at the factory. This gave me a full season to assess the quality of the product. I could not have been happier so when the bay window installation was rescheduled, I did not hesitate to proceed.
All windows went in without a hitch. This is a compliment to Larry and the teams he assigned to do the work. I believe it was Mike who led the team who did the 2012 portion and I know it was Arnold who led the work in 2013.
After this window installation, I cannot understand why I don’t hear of more Inline installations. I am so happy and proud with my windows that I would welcome anyone who Larry would like bring to my home to see firsthand the quality and actually talk with a satisfied customer.

We & our neighbours love our windows. They are excellent quality. Our living room window is 164" x78" so it's massive and it looks great. Bernard and his team of installers were excellent.

We came across this company at the Spring Home Show and met Joe Rose..very impressed with the making of fiber glass doors/windows.Our new patio doors show off our backyard and we have no more use for the chewed up hockey stick.The installers were fabulous...great workmanship!!!!The bathroom window(right beside the shower) is also a plus..no more rotting,wooden trim.Joe advised us on that as well.
