Because I was not at the address of the needed repair, I required an exact time that the serviceman would be there. This was done and he was there at the exact time. The assessment of the problem was swift and the repair just as swift. The correct parts were on the truck so there was no delay. Joe did a great job promptly at a reasonable price.
When deciding to replace my 23 year old, wood framed windows, I did my homework and shopped around. I looked at wood again as well as vinyl and aluminum then I heard a commercial for Inline Fiberglass. I thought that I would have a look and was impressed. I had quotes from two competitors which, to say the least, were startling. When Inline’s quote was received, there was no magic in making the decision. Their quality was equal to anything I had seen and in many cases better. In addition, their price was more than competitive. My installation was split into two phases, most windows and patio door were done in the fall of 2012 with the installation of a bay window scheduled for the spring of 2013. Unfortunately, the spring installation was missed because of a mix up at the factory. This gave me a full season to assess the quality of the product. I could not have been happier so when the bay window installation was rescheduled, I did not hesitate to proceed. All windows went in without a hitch. This is a compliment to Larry and the teams he assigned to do the work. I believe it was Mike who led the team who did the 2012 portion and I know it was Arnold who led the work in 2013. After this window installation, I cannot understand why I don’t hear of more Inline installations. I am so happy and proud with my windows that I would welcome anyone who Larry would like bring to my home to see firsthand the quality and actually talk with a satisfied customer.
