We were promised 90-day service for our rodent control issue, satisfaction guaranteed. After an initial assessment (that went very well actually - very thorough), we signed up, paid $400 and a few traps (basically traps that we could have purchased ourselves from Home Depot) were installed. We were told that someone would check back every few days until the problem was eliminated. Weeks would go by and no one would come to check. We had to repeatedly call the company to request someone come back to check. One time we were told someone would come by so my husband stayed home from work to accommodate their schedule, but no one showed up. Eventually we took care of the problem ourselves. I would strongly recommend choosing another pest control company.
