Furniture Depot

Hi there I usually don't write reviews unless im really dissatisfied with the company....but in this case I thought I would right how happy Ive been with my bedroom suite purchase. I shopped around and for about a month and then finally a friend of mine told me that these guys will beat any price and they have access to all the manufactures. I ended up saving approximately $600 from of the larger big box stores. Delivery was on time and the guys were very polite. I recommend this store to anyone looking for a great deal and friendly service. Job well done Furniture Depot!!!!

What a great shopping experience. My wife and I have been looking for furniture for some time, and Joe the manager was awesome. He directed us to exactly what we were looking for. The service at the store and the great, on time delivery was outstanding.

I recently purchased a 8 piece bedroom set from Furniture Depot a couple of weeks and just had it delivered this Saturday.
From the time I enter the store to the delivery I was completely amazed with the service.
Would recommend anyone who is interested in buying Furniture to shop at Furniture Depot.

I usually do not write postive reviews i think like a lot of people you only write them when you have a bad experince. I just wanted to say from the sales person to the delivery personnel everything was perfect. The sales person worked out a great deal for me, i have been shopping around for this particular bedroom and i saved close to $400 from the lowest price i was getting out there ! I also ended up picking up a Serta mattress set which was 1/2 price. All in all i am very happy, the young chaps that came to deliver the bedroom were very professional and helpfull in setting everything up for us. Will recommend Furniture Depot to all my friends.

Initially I had a problem with the chest of drawers that came with my bedroom set, as it was damaged. It took about a month for it to be fully addressed due to a clerical error. However, after speaking with the store manager, the problem was resolved within one day. He actually went above and beyond to fix the problem by replacing the entire chest instead of just having it repaired. So, if you do end up having a problem, speak directly to the store manager rather than approaching the sales associates on the floor. I am now satisfied with the bedroom set that I purchased.

just a quick review for this store, excellent prices,excellent services i could not be happier ! I will shop here again and i've already told my friends about the store.

Went to the Brampton store. Sales staff good, prices reasonable. Looked forward to getting it. It was simply startling at how profoundly dismal the delivery service was, and, that overt lieing and lack of consideration was simply routine.
We were told first delivery, be there at 10. Nope. ok Noon. Nope. ok let me check - definitly by 3. Nope. oh they were caught - 5. Nope. Oh it was at the back of the truck. 6. Nope. 7 they show up. We were told by the delivery people they didnt even pick it up until 6. The delivery people took the boxes off in the driveway, argued wanting to take off the door (which wasnt needed), took the legs off the sofa, after an hour and a half (ground level 20 feet). The delievery people were almost hostile - I suspect from showing up to predisapointed clients all day - left the papers and boxes in the driveway, and explained that we dont know how hard thier job is.
Someone is obvoiusly knowingly lieing somewhere - either at the sales office that we called, or the distribution centre. If we were told it would be delayed at the top of the day we could have planned arount it. the delievery people seemed at thier wits end. Who ever is running the place obviosly has contempt for thier clients.
I have never written a review anywhere. I have never been so completly disatisied with a company. The positive 10 reviews above must be from the same people who told us the delievery times, they are as truthful.

My expereince with this store has been AMAZING right from the sales girl right down to the delivery guys ! I have been shopping around for a bedroom set while now and a co-worker told me, she had bought some funiture from the Furniture Depot and she got a really good deal. I went there with my husband and found the store was really nice a lot bigger inside than it appeared from the outside,well layed out and clean ! ( i have been into some stores and i have walked right out because it was just filty) a young lady greeted us and let us roam around she was not pushy like some other stores i had visited. After looking around for a while i had found the bedroom & dinette i was looking for, Carry worked out a really good package deal for me, I left a deposit and was told delivery would about 3-4 weeks. I received a call from the delivery department about 3 weeks later advising me that my order was ready for delivery, we arranged a Saturday delivery between 2-6 pm, the truck arrived around 4pm,the drivers were great they layed out some blankets to protect my new hardwood floors, they assembled all the furniture and took away all the cartons & garbage. The guys were so polite and courteous i gave them a $20 tip each just to show my appreciation. I have told all my friends and family about Furniture Depot.
