Went to the Brampton store. Sales staff good, prices reasonable. Looked forward to getting it. It was simply startling at how profoundly dismal the delivery service was, and, that overt lieing and lack of consideration was simply routine. We were told first delivery, be there at 10. Nope. ok Noon. Nope. ok let me check - definitly by 3. Nope. oh they were caught - 5. Nope. Oh it was at the back of the truck. 6. Nope. 7 they show up. We were told by the delivery people they didnt even pick it up until 6. The delivery people took the boxes off in the driveway, argued wanting to take off the door (which wasnt needed), took the legs off the sofa, after an hour and a half (ground level 20 feet). The delievery people were almost hostile - I suspect from showing up to predisapointed clients all day - left the papers and boxes in the driveway, and explained that we dont know how hard thier job is. Someone is obvoiusly knowingly lieing somewhere - either at the sales office that we called, or the distribution centre. If we were told it would be delayed at the top of the day we could have planned arount it. the delievery people seemed at thier wits end. Who ever is running the place obviosly has contempt for thier clients. I have never written a review anywhere. I have never been so completly disatisied with a company. The positive 10 reviews above must be from the same people who told us the delievery times, they are as truthful.
