We ordered a custom made sofa and four chairs from Gabriel. Everything came in in a timely manner despite Covid. The pieces are absolutely beautiful. We purchased RH upholstery before and I can honestly say Gabrielles quality is much much better. He’s very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. We are super happy!

The following is a message I sent to this company last week.
ATTN: CUSTOMER SERVICE
We purchased a leather sofa and chair for personal use from you in July 2011 which is showing severe signs of wear on some of the seat cushions as well as one chair back. When we purchased the set it was for everyday use and certainly expected it to last longer than 5 years. The frame of the sofa is in "like new" condition leading us to believe that the quality of leather used was meant for occasional use and not everyday as we specified when we purchased from you employee Onofrio. We have regularly conditioned the leather with leather clean and conditioner but to no avail. There are only two of us, seniors, who reside in the home and it has certainly not been abused as you can see from the condition of the frame. We are attaching a copy of our receipt as well as pictures for your comments. We have photographed the best and the worst to show the comparison. We look forward to hearing from you soon with your comments.

This was 3 years before we bought the assets from the receiver general after they bankrupted.

This posting is to let other folks that have issues with poor leather quality supplied by Ferretti Interiors that you are out of luck, nothing can be done! I am not sure if any of the previous owners or staff is still employed at this new company, Kelly Harvey Living or Kelstaf not sure what their final name is, but based on the response I received from Olivia by email, I have to assume not since no-one is taking responsibility.

This is one of the most beautiful stores you could go to where you see leather imported from Italy materials crafted by hand to create some of the most comfortable and long lasting couches. Gabriele the owner, is a gentlemen. He patiently takes you through his wide selection and helps you to understand the science behind what he does. Go take a look! You wont be disappointed!

If you want good quality furniture that will last a lifetime, then you must have it made by Ferretti! The leather is high quality and workmanship is amazing! They will custom make anything for you. So much to chose from!

We looked at dozens furniture stores but nothing clicked.
We took Gab (the owner) images from the internet of items we liked and he built it to spec for us. He even called us during the manufacturing process to make sure the design was to our liking.

I purchased a leather sofa from Ferretti and received it in very good quality with excellent customer service. The selection at the showroom was extensive, with personal attention and care given to us. Would highly recommend!
