The service was splendid. The workers were extremely nice and cooperative. They installed my furnace in no time and at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone whose looking for any renovation or installation service.

I requested a solution to the problem of the furnace breaking down the last two winters. In both cases, the problem was the pressure switch. These pressure switch modules need to work properly. Yes, they replaced it, but my concern is what if I was not home? The water pipes would freeze and burst.

My concern was forwarded to Lennox, which responded as follows. "Let the customer know that you have contacted me and the if it happens again I will take care of them." While this is appreciated, it does not address my main concern of the problem occurring when I am not home in the middle of winter. I am following up with Lennox to better understand what can be done to prevent major damage.

Cambridge installed a new furnace in my house in December 2013. The furnace filter housing was warped during installation so it is impossible to change the furnace filter properly and the process shreded my furnace filters. I called Cambridge 8 times over the following 4 months to fix the problem. Cambridge only returned my calls twice, when I told them I was going to start writing about my experience on Homestars and to the BBB. Both times they assured me someone would look after my problem right away. I'm still waiting for "someone" to come and fix the problem - it's mid-May.
Update: The day after posting my review Cambridge called to say they would come in three days to fix the furnace filter housing and Hooray! They did. I am very happy to have a working furnace filter housing.

Cambridge heating and cooling did an amazing job with my furnace installation. The staff were friendly and welcoming as well as on time. They got the job done in the time frame an ever since, I had no problem with my furnace!

I had a new gas furnace installed recently. Everything was fine. A couple of days ago, I noticed water at the base of the furnace collecting on my floor. . Called Cambridge to come and investigate . They came within 24 hours, checked and made some adjustments to the line running from the air conditioner. I will monitor it for the next 24 hours and hopefully my problem has been addressed.

I hire this company to do the maintainence on my furnace .They came on time and do the work in a professionl way.I will definetely hire this company in future to do all my HVAC work.

The installation went OK but they ran the wire for the thermostat on the outside of the wall and it took numerous calls to get them to come back and even look at it and then they covered it with a plastic cover. That was in Apr. 2012 and I have a 10 year warranty. This week March 2014 the furnace is making a unusual noise and I called Cambridge only to be told next week someone could look at it and they would call back with a date later that day, no call. I called back and was told later in the evening again no call. I did receive a call from Kurin the customer service rep.
