I requested a solution to the problem of the furnace breaking down the last two winters. In both cases, the problem was the pressure switch. These pressure switch modules need to work properly. Yes, they replaced it, but my concern is what if I was not home? The water pipes would freeze and burst. My concern was forwarded to Lennox, which responded as follows. "Let the customer know that you have contacted me and the if it happens again I will take care of them." While this is appreciated, it does not address my main concern of the problem occurring when I am not home in the middle of winter. I am following up with Lennox to better understand what can be done to prevent major damage.
