Cambridge installed a new furnace in my house in December 2013. The furnace filter housing was warped during installation so it is impossible to change the furnace filter properly and the process shreded my furnace filters. I called Cambridge 8 times over the following 4 months to fix the problem. Cambridge only returned my calls twice, when I told them I was going to start writing about my experience on Homestars and to the BBB. Both times they assured me someone would look after my problem right away. I'm still waiting for "someone" to come and fix the problem - it's mid-May. Update: The day after posting my review Cambridge called to say they would come in three days to fix the furnace filter housing and Hooray! They did. I am very happy to have a working furnace filter housing.
