Cambridge Heating and Cooling

I was thinking of replacing my furnace and air conditioning with a high efficiency Trane units .I was calling around the companies to get quotes. One sales man from Cambridge heating came to my house and explain me everything well and also give me a good price too.Tech also done a excellent job while installing the units .I recommend this company to my friends and relatives .

Called to schedule an appointment back on Jan 28, left my information with the agent and told they would call me back in a week. There was no call back so I called again on Feb 10 and was told they would call back before the end of the day to schedule an appointment. I never received a call back. Called later that evening but got their strange answering service and told to call back in the morning. Called back Feb 11 and was given an appointment for Feb 26 and told to expect a call a few days before to confirm. No appointment confirmation was received so called on Feb 25 and was told they can not make it on the appointment date. The nerve! Forced to reschedule for March 8 and was advised I would receive a confirmation a few days before. No confirmation so I called on March 7 and was told they can't make it on March 8. Absolutely ridiculous!

An appointment was finally set for March 15th. I called on March 14th to confirm and they assured me they would be there.

A manager arrived early for the appointment. The furnace servicing went well. He was very polite and courteous. Even provided me with two complementary tickets to the home show. I am glad this work was finally completed.

For this furnace services I had purchased a groupon.

I got my furnace installed a week ago , Im very happy with the service of this company, the technitian came on time and the customer service of their office was really good too, I would recommend this company to all my family members and friends

On one of the coldest nights of the year I woke up at 5am to discover the furnace was broken. I called Cambridge's 24/7 line and was so happy a real person answered. By 9am the technician (polite, knowledgeable and professional) had arrived and fixed my furnace. Cheers to great service, having parts available and solving problems quickly.

Full disclosure, I paid upfront for a furnace maintenance from a deals website.
I called Cambridge H and C on January 20th to book my maintenance and they told me they would call me back in two weeks to book my appointment. On February 8th or so, I called back again when I hadn't heard from them. I asked for an appointment on a weeknight after 4 pm. The man I spoke to told me that they didn't do appointments after 4pm. Fine - I booked a daytime appointment anyway. I called back in a few days and got a different person. This time I didn't mention my "deal" and I was able to book an appointment no problem Thursday at 430.
At 425 on Thursday, I received a confirmation call for my appointment, letting me know the tech would be to my place between 430 and 530. At 545 (already late), I called the office and asked if the tech was close. The lady told me someone would call me. At 600, I called again and mentioned I was waiting for a tech still. They told me someone would call in five minutes. The man who did call me, told me he would call the tech and get back to me. When he got back to me around 615 - he said the tech wanted to reschedule.
This morning, I called the company directly and asked for a refund of my "deal". He said it was out of his hands and I would have to speak to the "deals" website.
I really can't speak about their techs, service, or workmanship, because I never received any.
Update - Allen contacted me about my review and my experience with Cambridge. He was apologetic, explained how some of my issues came about, and offered solutions to improve my experience.

We needed to get out duct cleaned for some time and finally decided to do it. A friend of ours referred this company and said they were great. We called them and got an appointment very quickly. They also were very nice!
