Poor service

I am writing today to complain about the poor service I received from The Brick .I bought a York Dale Storage Bed of that Company. This item was delivered to me on 2/08/2017 for the first time. However, I discovered it damaged and scratched. As a result, I sent some pictures of those problems and rescheduled for a new one for 6 -08-2017 , but the new one was again damaged. This was second time that company shiped a damaged product to me.

Unfortunately, it seems the product that they advertise and show in their store are not reliable, and they are not delivered them as same quality to customers.
then I dicided to refund my order after over one week they sent my a pick up man and they want pick up just 3 pice of 5 pice it's so creazy
My impression of The Break Company has been tarnished, and we are frustrated of this situation.
Althought I trusted your company, it is not the way yout company values the customers.

Appliance Purchase

Purchased Washer / Dryer / Fridge / Dishwasher. Paid the BRICK for 3 year extended Warranty. Whirlpool dishwasher does not work properly, we have to hand dry dishes and they also come out spotted. We have called, and called and called for assistance. The Brick Third Parties to a company called King & State in the Bahamas no less, who then contract Whirlpool. The Brick blames King & State, King & State blames Whirlpool, Whirlpool blames King & State, and it just goes around and around and around in circles. The Brick takes your money, and then you get NO SERVICE !!!!! Beware of paying for service and getting nothing on Brick extended warranties.

Broken furniture, poor service, constant hassle

I ordered a 6 piece bedroom set from the Brick and then the hassles began. The bed, which I was assured would be very easy to assemble, was nearly impossible to put together. It managed to stump a licensed tradesman who used to assemble office furniture as a side job. Directions were not clear and the Brick won't help you at all unless you pay $180 for a technician. I was then delivered a damaged dresser three separate times in a row – visible damage to the frame, drawers bashed in, etc. Finally, upon my insisting that something happen to avoid another damaged dresser coming to my house, they delivered to the store to be inspected first. This dresser also had some minor damage. We ended up taking drawers from one dresser and putting them in another to make one complete dresser. Finally at this point, they offered me a discount of 50%. Gee, ya think?! I had to follow up 3 TIMES to actually GET the discount, mind you. During this entire nightmare that lasted about two months, I was following up repeatedly with the store which I found really frustrating. Isn’t it the sales guy’s job to complete an order to the customer’s satisfaction? I earned his commission more than he did I think. I also remember getting some serious attitude from a customer service person over the phone. I complained about having to be off work for all these deliveries and I was told “they never force anyone to take time off work”. So, of course it’s all my fault, right? Silly me! They never seem to take responsibility for much at the Brick. At least the store manager was really good about things when I went in in person. The quality of the furniture I bought isn’t the greatest, but it was from their “Buyer’s best” line, which I think is bargain furniture. Although for the amount I spent, I would expect quality – it wasn’t that cheap. I hope I will not have to deal with the Brick again over warranty issues. This whole experience left such a bad taste in my mouth and caused me so much aggravation, I know I’ll never buy another thing from the Brick again. When there’s that many issues with an order, you think they’d be going out of their way to make things right, but you have to keep on them for anything to be done. It was exhausting. I wouldn’t recommend the Brick, but if you do buy there and have issues, go right to the store manager. I think many of their sales and customer service people could care less and they’ll only aggravate you more.

Appliances

Ignoring issues with all other appliances, we bought a microwave with a trim kit. They sent a trim kit that was short a few screws. Arranged an exchange, they sent another box after several days. (Note that both these boxes have been clearly opened before arriving). The new box had even fewer parts than the original.
Called the brick who kept trying to slide responsibility to others without even checking the actual brand of our microwave or looking up our actual information. Still waiting for them to call us back. No ETA given, no news, nothing.

Garbage Products, Garbage Service

They sent me a table with the wrong parts and I can't assemble it now. It's been a month and they keep saying they don't have it until another 3 weeks.

Bonded leather couch

We spent 1800$ on two bonded leather sofas 3 years ago. Currently they look like the attached pictures. We are astonished with how quickly they cracked peeled and tore. When I called the Brick to ask if this is usual of their product or if we had a one off piece they tried to pass blame to their manufacture saying " well we don't make it ". After a few more tries to get them to explain that this was the quality of product they sell the associate didn't have anything else to say other than with warranty we could replace it. We are horrified with how cheap the product is when we spent a decent amount on it. DO NOT BUY!

Poor customer service

Hello,
I would like to make a complaint of our customer experience at the Brick.
We recently built a new house with the builder Hilton Homes. We were contacted by your commercial sales representative regarding our kitchen appliances. When we ordered our refrigerator, we were unable to go inside the house and measure any distances, but he informed us that all Hilton Homes are built with a standard size and recommended me to purchase a model of Frigidaire, and so we did.
When the fridge arrived, it was simply too large to fit into our kitchen. The side of the fridge was pushed tightly against the wall and we were unable to open the freezer door. We had to pull the fridge out of the spot a few inches in order to open the door but it would then block part of our pantry door. It was obvious that the fridge was the wrong size.
We contacted the salesman regarding this issue. He even made a visit to our house to see it. But he was very reluctant to properly help us and said we cannot make exchanges, stating that this would happen no matter what size fridge we get. We were then told to contact his supervisor. He was also resilient in listening to our issue, and we were simply told "no exchanges" without any real explanation, regardless of the satisfaction guarantee stating exchanges may be granted if we contact someone within 3 days of delivery. We then asked him if there is another person or department we can contact to help us with this issue and we never received a reply.
In the end, we were left with a fridge too large for our first new home, and no one willing to help us. The responses we received were unprofessional and disingenuous. If we are being forced to accept this fridge, then our unpleasant experience at the Brick should not be unheard.

dining table set

My experience with Brick is horrible , I bought a dinning table and chairs from Brick almost two month back , they told us chairs are not in stock and will be ready in two weeks, we agreed and paid full amount ,now its almost two months , these all times i was calling them their customer service, they are saying chairs are not in stock, last week i was calling back and forth and last they said thy will delivery everything (both chairs and table)on July 12,2017, today is July 12th they delivered only table, chairs are not , I called Brick that Representative was so mean and she said chairs are not in stock, we cant do anything , I insist them, i want to talk to manger , she said manager is will not take call, again I insisted her, then she simply transfer my call , no body picked up my call, and tried again, then they are not picking up the calls

I am a customer , I paid full money, and i arranged a house warming ceremony and waiting for my table set , but

what they are thinking customers are fools??and their customer care people treated me like they are doing some charity work , I paid full amount of money

if they dont have stock and if they know this item will not be in the market why they are selling and why they are giving a false promise

i don't know what to do , Brick customer care , they will not care customers

where to complain and whom to complain

The Brick has worse quality and service

After we got a new house we decided to purchase a high-quality living room set so we decided to go to the Brick Store. The salesman was very helpful and polite and we chose a fabric living room set, a pink twin bed, and a twin mattress. He told us that he has to order the living room set and it will be delivered on September 15, 2016. we were very excited for our new products. We were waiting for delivery men to receive our products, however, no
one shows up. My husband and I decided to wait a few days. After few days, I contacted the Brick and asked about our products, the lady who answered the phone was super rude and she told me that we will not receive our products until October-end and the bed is discontinued. we went three times to the store but no one helped us, therefore, we decided to talk with the manager. The manager told us that he will give us the best product with discount. The salesman told us that the Cindy Crawford is their best products, and it is guinene leather and the quality will last a long time. we paid extra money as we thought this is the best product. Finally, we received our products in October 2016, and my husband went back home. After two months I noticed some weird lines on both sofa and loveseat and I thought it might be normal. slowly those lines converted to scratches and I contact the store. I talked with a lady and mentioned the problem, she told me that she will email me and I have to wait for her email. she also mentioned once I received the mail I should attach the pictures. After a month I decided to call again and they told me they wrote my email wrong, so she will resend the email. Finally, I received the email on April 16, 2017. The customer service told me that they will contact me in 3-5 business day. However, no one contacted and I was waiting for their reply to fix my problem. On May 24, 2017, I decided to send an email to see what is going on and why they are so irresponsible. Finally, they emailed and told me that it was not covered as these scratches are normal wear and tear. I was shocked to see their response. If you purchase a furniture from a very cheap store, that furniture can last at least for a year. However, this high-quality furniture did not last. I tried again and called the store and asked them to please find a solution for this problem as I complain a few months ago about these scratches and they got worse. The lady told me to send the Pics which I did and she called after an hour and told me that they can't help as these products got discontinue. My question is for the Brick head office when a customer face this kind of situation to whom they should contact for help as The Brick Customer do not care about our problems. This is my last hope to contact you guys, and I am hoping that you will solve my problem.

Horrible service/damaged merchandise

Both my daughters have recently experienced huge delays in the quality and delivery of their purchases. One daughter has had to send back her bed frame twice, the first time they sent the wrong parts; the second time there was scratches and chips on the merchandise. It's going to NOW take another 2 months to get another one, so IF by some off chance the frame is not damaged and delivered, it will be a total of a 4 months process! My other daughter's laundry set was a month delayed, when they ordered the set it said in stock, then not delivered until a month after the promise date (they are a family of four, it's tough with two small kids not to have laundry facilities)... Very poor customer service when each of them called, different answers to their concerns, and no one cared about fixing the problem. I would think with the competitive furniture/appliance market, The Brick would be mindful of their quality of service.
