Absolutely outraged at this abysmal experience with the Brick in Vernon. I have purchased over 10 years from the Brick and now I may never again. My boyfriend and I just paid over a thousand dollars for a king-sized bed, bed frame, box spring, protective sheet and an extra 10 year warranty. Just last Saturday we had our bed delivered to our door, fantastic. Two young delivery drivers came to set up the bed. One of them lifted the matress up and smashed our outside door light to pieces, and said aboslutely nothing to us. After they set up the bed, they asked for our signature without delivering the rest of our purchase. We asked where the frame was and his reply was to look over the order again and say "oh". Shortly after they left, we called the store and told them about the damage to our property. We spoke with a Morgan who said she would call a manager and then call us back. She did not even attempt to call us, let alone call the manager. We called back again and spoke to someone named Alyssa. She stated that Morgan had left a note to call a manager, but did nothing with it. Alyssa DID reach out to a manager, and we were told they were not available on the weekends and would call us back Monday. We did not receive anything. We called on Monday as we heard from no one, to speak to a lady named Jackie. She passed us along to a manager named Tammy who said the Team Leader would call us back by the end of Monday. No one called us, again. We were told someone by the name Tony would be calling us and fixing this atrocity and he has yet to even attempt to call or reach out. Not only did we make a big purchase, we applied for the Brick card with a 12 month equal payment. We also bought the protective sheet that goes over the mattress to extend our warranty for 10 years. After fighting for a week with Tony and the other teams, we were provided a refund on the light fixture we had to go out and replace ourselves. They did NOT cover the cost of travel, the did not fix our experience at all. NEVER AGAIN!
