Washer

Bought new washer and dryer last week from bad boy whitby store. Upon delivery the washing machine hasn't worked. Call bad boy and of course they say call GE. Then GE say a service technician will call you in 2-3 days to set up appointment. Now I'm out time and money from going to laundry matte, plus gas money. so who knows how long this will take to be resolved. Honestly I want my money back, so I can go somewhere that actually cares about there customers satisfaction and the products they sell.

Service

Purchased a kitchen set on the weekend which was to be delivered Thursday. Realized that the set would not be a good fit for our home and returned to the store Tuesday to request the order be cancelled. Was advised absolutely NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES. We haven't even received the product and a refund was not even considered by the sales manager. Sales person did not advise us and no sign at customer counter to advise at time of purchase. BUYER BEWARE!

Very Patient Staff

We worked with Vathsy during our visit. Very patient with us, especially with the revisions to the order and helping keep the kids distracted while Mommy and Daddy figured out what products we needed.

laundry

never get involved with this company. getting reliable service from there customer service is a never ending saga. service people do not show up when they say they will. i would like my money refunded and they can take their appliances back.

Replacement

I purchased a frig from bad boys 2 yrs ago, was always needing repairs, had extended warranty ,thank goodness, bottom line, we were actually granted a replacement credit for a new frig .the new appliance arrived in a reasonable amt. of time and so far the new product is much better. The customer service and salesmen at Burlington store were ALWAYS courteous and very helpful, we were very pleased .

Ziggy dealt with us both times we came in and was very professional, helpful, and did not have the "pushy" salesperson vibe we encountered elsewhere. Speed of financing was excellent and we look forward to dealing with Bad Boy again in the future.

The customer service I received from Iman was just wonderful. She went out of her way to satisfy us, very pleasant and friendly. Tina is also just wonderful always so helpful making sure we were satisfied. My husband and I have always shopped here and will always continue.

Warranty Service

Extremely frustrated with their service. It has taken over a month for the Solid Gold warranty program to arrange for my washer to be fixed. It is still not fixed and there doesn't appear to be an end in site. Stay away from their warranty program at all costs!! Until they are ready to train their staff accordingly, and communicate their processes effectively, your money is better spent on other products.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Communicate processes. Improve communication and authorization processes between third party repair companies. Train staff to understand what customer service is.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Don't purchase the Solid Gold Warranty. Purchase other third party coverage, or pay for repair as needed.

Couches dinette

I paid over $4000 for furniture at bad boys. I ordered this furniture on september 21 and on october 30th they delivered about half of what I ordered. They waited to inform me that not all my furniture would be delivered the day before the scheduled delivery. I am sitting here basically on the floor of my home 1 month and 10 days since I purchased bad boy's furniture. I recieved about 30 calls from the local store ,head office ,and the delivery men before the first half of the furniture was delivered. Since then nobody has attempted to contact me to let me know where or when the rest of my furniture will arrive. I am appalled that such a large company can have such disorganization and horrible service. I would rather sit on the floor than buy anything from this store. And there is no such thing as customer satisfaction, as all the bad boys representatives that i spoke with were rude and unhelpful at best. The company motto should be who's worse than bad boys ....NOBODY'

Bed room set

Bad Boy has a very bad service. I ordered a bed room furniture set from Kennedy Badboy superstore on Sept 26 and the bed was delivered on Oct. 5th. when I tried to assemble the bed hardware included was not the right one. I contacted the service department through email and was notified that the new hardware was ordered and was told that it would be in by early following week. The following week, on Friday I still had not received any call or hardware shipped. after that I was not able to get hold of the person who initially handled my call. later that day I spoke to another agent at service department and mention the issue. I got a call that they have the part so I asked them to ship it to Whitby store (as I am in Ajax) so I can pick it up on Monday thinking it will faster. On Oct 21st, I called the Whitby store and they confirmed that the hardware is in so I drove about 30 mins to the Whitby store. Person at the store not able to find the hardware that was shipped from the warehouse and I was told that they will ask my service agent ship the hardware to my home address. Still have not notification from service department about the delivery. I called the service department and tried to speak to Debera who is my original service agent and not able to reach her. I left 3- 4 voice messages and email with no response. So I called the Badboy store I ordered the bed from (kennedy store) and explained the situation, a manager named Kerry talked to me and she said she will find out what went wrong. I asked the manager to return the bed and give me the money back or ship another bed set. she refused to do that saying it is the service department that has to authorize the return. Kerry said she had sent an email to the service department and they will get back to me. The next day I got an email back saying the hardware is actually at the Whitby store and to go pick it up. I don't have time to drive again as I have a newborn baby and also has flu and ask them to take the bed back and give my money back or deliver a new bed. I still haven't got any response to my email and it is about a month (October 29th) since the bed was delivered and I can't use the bed and it is posing danger to us and the newborn baby as the un assembled bed lay in my bedroom.
I will never go back to Badboy again. I will try to discourage anyone who try to buy anything from Badboy. I will spread the word through social media too.
