Avenue Road Roofing recently installed a new roof on our house as well as metal work on the flat roof at the front.

My husband Jim and I were impressed with your staff from the beginning, starting with the estimate by Don; delivery of the materials and installation by John and his team; the metal work by Bobby and Gus; the final inspection by Fergus and Toby; and of course the scheduling by Barb. Kudos to everyone! They were exceptionally competent, professional and courteous. We would highly recommend your company to anyone in need of quality roofing work.

I've had Avenue Road do my roof a second time since I've lived in this house. The work was tidy, timely and thorough although final details took longer than they should have due to communication glitches within the company. When our chimney was rebuilt, the shingles were not adjusted properly. These guys removed the old flashings and shingles. They installed an ice & water shield around 2 chimneys with new shingles. They also repaired some animal damage. This will now prevent the leaks. Thank you!!!

Pricing was competitve and yet their service was above average. Timely follow-up with respect to installation date. We had Avenue Road Roofing rebuild our chimney in Nov. 2008 as the chimney was leaning off centre. They took down the chimney to roofline and rebuild it with previous height using the closest matching bricks. We were very pleased with their attention to detail and quality of work. in our area at avenue and lawrence we have a lot of racoons..they have taken over our roofs! this summer they ripped the shingles and made their nest under our roof.we called avenue roofing and the problem was solved! they were very professional but somehow expensive
