this submission is not for a new roofing job but rather for a repair under warranty. I was completely surprised that the roof was still under warranty. Your employees took care of the job to my complete satisfaction without anything more then a phone call to your office. I was so impressed with the situation that I have left your sign on my lawn for the past month, basically telling anyone who passes the house that i am more than happy with the service after the sale. i am extremely happy that I originally choose Avenue Road Roofing for the work and would more than recommend you to anyone who would ask. Again, thank you very much for the excellent manner in which you handled the repair.

ON SEPT 16TH 2012 MY WIFE AND I ORDERED A COMPLETE NEW ROOF FOR OUR HOUSE USING THE CERTAINTEED GRANDMANOR SHINGLES. IT WAS INSTALLED DURING THE DATES FOR NOV 8-9TH, 2012.
MY WIFE AND I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS OUR DEEP APPRECIATION FOR THE PROFESSIONAL CARE AND HAND HOLDING WE RECIEVED BOTH FROM THE QUOTE TO THE FINISHED PRODUCT. IN PARTICULAR, JASON WHO DID THE BASIC QUOTE, BARB WHO DID THE SCHEDULING (BY THE WAY, HAS AN AMAZING,HAPPY AND WONDERFUL PERSONALITY), FREDDIE AND HIS TEAM WHO DID THE PHYSICAL WORK, FERGUS WHO DID THE FINAL INSPECTION AND EVERYONE ELSE BEHIND THE SCENES.
THE INSTALLATION WORK WAS AMAZING TO WATCH. THE WORK WAS DONE WITH PRECISION AND CARE ESPECIALLY ALL THE LITTLE DETAILS. NOTHING WAS GLOSSED OVER, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. MY WIFE AND I WERE COMMENTING THAT FREDDIE AND HIS TEAM TRULY SHOWED PRIDE IN THIER WORK. THIS IS A RARE QUALITY YOU SEE IN BUSINESSES TODAY. MY WIFE AND I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU, SHOULD ANYONE ASK ABOUT OUR ROOF. AGAIN, OUR DEEPEST THANKS AND APPRECIATION FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!!

Every person in your firm was professional and friendly. they worked quickly and cleaned up properly. The supervisor came the next day and did not like some aspect of the work. The day after, they were back and redid some of it to meet his standards. They took my tarpaulin, thinking it was theirs, and as soon as I mentioned it to the office, I got $25 discount to replace it.
