When another installer did a bad job, Downtown Flooring saved the day! They took up the poorly laid hardwood, reinstalled it and finished the rest of the main floor expertly, efficiently and quickly. The installers were professional, knowledgable, and willing to accept suggestions and answer questions. Similarly, the carpet layer was most pleasant and proficient at his work. The outcome is beautiful and a great save from what might have been a disaster. All of the staff were helpful, polite and knowledgable about their business. Best to get a written quote before the job starts. And a written receipt when the job is done. Nick knows what he's doing and is proficient but communication can be difficult.

I've had Avenue Road do my roof a second time since I've lived in this house.
