AFTER SOURCING OUT YOUR COMPANY ON HOMESTARS AND HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR COMPANY THROUGH REPUTATION, I CHOOSE TO GO WITH YOUR SERVICES. MARK WAS PROMPT AND VERY THOROUGH WITH HIS ESTIMATE ON THE JOB, EXPLAINING IN DETAIL WHAT WORK WAS REQUIRED, CHOICE OF MATERIAL AND OPTIONS. HIS ESTIMATE WAS NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE, BY FAR. THAT BEING SAID, I KNOW YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, AND I WAS EXPECTING NOTHING SHORT OF PERFECT FOR THE MONEY.
I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. FRON FIRST CONTACT WITH BARB AND THE SETTING UP OF THE DIFFERENT CONTRACTORS IT WAS STRESS FREE. FROM THE MASONRY CONTRACTORS, TO THE ROOFING GUYS, TO THE EAVESTROUGH GUYS, EVERY ASPECT OF THE JOB WAS EXPLAINED AND CARRIED OUT IN A COMPETENT, TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
ALL OF THE GENTLEMEN INVOLVED WERE VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH AND ADAPTABLE TO ANY CHANGES I REQUESTED. BEING A HANDS ON GUY, I WANTED TO SEE EVERY ASPECT OF THE JOB, AND ALL THE WORKERS WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING.
I WAS NOT EXPECTING THE FINAL INSPECTION PROCESS BUT WAS PLEASED THAT IT WAS DONE BECAUSE SOME MINOR ISSUES WHERE DISCOVERED. I DO WISH THAT THE INSPECTION WOULD HAVE BEEN ARRANGED WHEN I WAS HOME. THE ISSUES WERE CORRECTED PROMPLY AND TO MY EXPECTATIONS.
IN THIS DAY AND AGE MANY FLY BY NIGHT COMPANIES ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE AVERAGE TRUSTING PERSON AND SQUANDERING THEIR MONEY WITH SUB-STANDARD WORK AND MATERIALS. I'M HAPPY TO SAY AVENUE ROAD ROOFING IS NOT ONE OF THOSE COMPANIES. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICES IF ASKED.

We have used Avenue Road Roofing for 23 years. Recently, the attic and roof needed to be completely renovated. There were many issues with the attic ventilation and roof. The professionals from this company all consulted (Owner Ed, Doug, Kas, Toby and Fergus) to devise a plan that would ensure the quality and integrity of the attic ventilation and longevity of the new shingled and flat roof. A ventilation expert (Stephen), was also consulted who worked with the company to be sure the attic would work at peak performance. After the attic and roofing work, the metal soffit, eaves, fascia and downpipe work was completed. Kas supervised the job each day and made certain all work met the highest standards. He also ensured that workers returned if any revisions were needed. This project was very complicated and we truly appreciated the staff working in collaboration, providing explanations and patience. We have referred many friends to Avenue Road Roofing throughout the years and will continue to use their services.

Years ago Avenue Road Roofing replaced my roof. Years later I had a problem with one of the roof vents that had been installed. Avenue Road Roofing paid for all new upgraded roof vents. Partner Ed Standish absorbed all the extra costs for this. Outstanding service . They take pride in their work.

Freeze, thaw,freeze caused the snow on roof to become ice in areas. Patch of ice slid forward on to the eavestrough. The weight of ice caused eavestrough to pull away from facia. Called Avenue Road Roofing, talked to pleasant lady, she said she would send someone out to give estimate (no charge!). Another company I talked to said there would be a charge of $149.00. Next day Tyson Froese came to the house, told me how much, and what had to be done. Luckily it was the lesser of all evils, just re-attaching eavestrough. Honest assessment. Kas Tobin- Supervisor- looked after our repair. He was professional in his work, the troughs are well secured, and looking forward to the next rain.

I have been a customer for quite some time. All my small maintenance has been handled by Ave Rd. Roofing.We required an extensive repair to our roof this past fall.The crew were outstanding, especially the principal .The quote was fair for the scope of the job. Any concerns that I had were addressed . I would highly recommend the company for any roof work , regardless of the age of the property.

Avenue Road Roofing came in with a very qualified crew early in the morning, did a terrific job and were cleared up and left later the same day. My neighbour couldn't get over that they were so efficient and completed the work in the same day.

The quality of the work by your company was excellent, done on time and with a huge degree of professionalism. I had various ice and leak problems previously. Thanks again for a job well done.
