Very friendly, but they never showed up once on time. Kept us waiting many times for 3 plus hours later than the window given, or didn't show up on planned workdays at all and didn't call to let us know. Work lookes good but the process was too frustrating to want to use them again.

Looking for a new furnace can be difficult and frustrating, with a limited number of well known companies you can go to. I found Airworks to be excellent overall, from price to product quality. Chris Ireland was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to deciding on what type of furnace to go with. All my questions and concerns were addressed. In addition to the friendly service, I was given rebates that were unaware to me, proving even more cost savings. When the job was done, my house was as I left it, they even took away the old furnace.

We are thrilled with the job Airworks did in our house! We did not have a relationship with a gas/heating company and had heard about Airworks from this site. Mark installed a humidifier and did the gas hook-up for the stove. The workmanship was excellentand gas can be a scary thing if done wrong. Airworks was easy and professional to deal with. They offered us quotes and dates available to do the job. We plan on bringing them back to replace the air-conditioner. It's really great when you find good people!

We cannot say enough about the people at Airworks. We have used them for three different projects (initial gas hook ups in our house, installation of a new air conditioner and,most recently, a new furnace and new duct work for our 100 year old house) over the past 5 years and each experience has been oustanding. Their crews are courteous, on time and clean up very well after each day. I have found the pricing to very competitive and most importantly, I trust them to stand behind their work. Chris, the owner, is someone that you can instantly trust and get a comfortable feeling that he is going to be in business next week and will always stand behind his work. Three projects later, we would never consider calling anyone other than Airworks for our heating and airconditioning needs.

The Airworks team made upgrading major systems in our home a straightforward, professional and fun process from start to finish. SALES: Unlike other companies that will come to sell you Package A, B, or C, Airworks comes to your home, technically identifies your requirements, and specifies systems that are home-appropriate. INSTALLATION: The Airworks team took 1.5 days from start to finish. This was a big job because of the need to install some new ductwork, external A/C unit from scratch, tankless hot water, and do some significant electrical work to accommodate the new services. The fact that it only took this long is actually pretty amazing considering the work. The installation was extremely professional, the crew were fun, communicative about what they were doing and why, and extremely tidy. When professionals truly know what they are doing, you get a sense on confidence by watching them work these guys are experts. Our system has only been up for a few days, but we are thrilled with the performance of the Amana A/C, the Amana furnace installation and new ductwork gained us an immense amount of floorspace in our basement, as does the Rennai tankless hot water which performs wonderfully. We did all of this for less money than a competitive quote from a 'major' energy company for just furnace and A/C alone (no ductwork or hot water system and the same Amana hardware). We recommend Airworks without reservation.

Just in time to beat the heat, Airworks professionally and expertly installed a new air conditioning unit in my home after my old one had run its course. I can now sleep at night thanks to Airworks!

had airworks come do an in house estimate, which was free by the way, and they came and they had a strong knowledgeable representative, mark g, who told us everything we could possibly want to know, all that we asked and more that we didn't. needless to say, we purchased through them at a cost competitive with other companies and they came and did the install completely care free for us, smooth and clean. quick day job, in and out. we couldn't be more thrilled with the whole procedure from first phone call to job completion. would recommend this company to any home owner who cares for their home.

We were very impress how the workers performed their jobs. They all seemed to be very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They installed a new Amana furnace and a tankless water heater all in a day. When we began getting quotes for a furnace, Airworks came up with the best price, so we then decided to purchase a water heater at the same time. Out of all the quotes we got, Chris was the first to actually measure what was required in the way of duct work to ensure that his workers had all the correct sizing of sheet metal in order to complete the job. We were very impressed with all they could accomplish in a day. We would definetly recommend Airworks to anyone wanting to purchase a furnace and a tankless water heater. We then called them to service our air conditioner and were pleased that they only needed a couple of days notice to book an appointment.

In 2002, Airworks (Chris) installed an a/c unit in my first home. In 2005 I asked Airworks to return and install 3 A/C units on my new home, and my in-laws. When I buy my next home, I will be calling Airworks This should be enough proof of their expert and very professional service. However, I will also add that I chose and will continue to choose Airworks because of Chris' integrity. There has not been any haggling necessary, as his prices are very competitive but more importantly, he is extremely reliable. His serviceman know exactly what they are doing and will offer up as much information as you'd like without sounding salesman-like.

Besides the 3 a/c units, I've purchased an Aprilair Air Cleaner which worked so well that I had Chris install one for a friend. I am now considering a ERV which is essential for fresh air and good health.
