Buying a new furance these days is as confusing as buying a digital camera. Several models and prices. Mark from Airworks came out and gave a very convincing story as to why he thought the Amana products were a notch above the others. He did a very professional quote, I was sold on the product and his company. The installations was done when promised, the technicians did a very good with the installation, explained everything as they were installing the units and cleaned up after the work was finished.
Very polite and professional. The price was a little higher than other installers but the product, reputation of the installing dealer, and service after installtions was more important to me and Airworks seems to meet this criteria. Would recommend them to anyone considering a home heating/A/C installation.

I contacted the company and left a message. My call was returned promptly. I described the work and received an estimate and the appointment was setup, right away, over the phone. I was having additional work done and they were able to meet my time frames. Their technicians arrived on time and were fully equiped to complete the job. The technicians were experienced and explained everything they were doing. The job took exactly the time estimated and the final cost was inline with the estimate. I would use this company again for any future air conditioning work I may require.
