Fair warning for people who need their windows installed within a certain time line. This company will fail to meet their promises. Brock Windows takes on as much work as possible by advertising deep discounts encouraging people to use their products and services. Their timelines are not to be trusted. Trying to get a refund for windows that were measured incorrectly is even harder! If you do not have a timeline for installation and the windows are a direct replacement of existing windows than no worries. If you are enlarging windows or adding new windows for a reno do yourself a favour and look for a company that is equipped to do the job.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Andrew, our sales guy, was fantastic, went through our options with us and answered all of our questions. Colin, our installer did an amazing job, windows look great. We would definitely recommend Brock.

We saw an ad for Brock Doors and Windows on television and read the reviews. The reviews were excellent so we decided to give them a try.
Benon our installer did a great job. He was efficient and tidy. He informed us that he would not leave until we were completely satisfied with the job. Communication was excellent with Angelyka who worked out of the office. We would recommend Brock Doors and Windows to others.

I had 5 windows replaced by this company in October 2011. The salesman came to my home and sold me on the company's reputation, product, and warranty. The installer was amazing. He completed the job in a timely manner and he left no trace of him being in my home. I could have written a review about the company back in 2011 and it would have been stellar based on the service but I wanted to wait to see how the windows would hold up during a full winter. The winter of 2011 was relatively mild and I had no problems with the windows. However, the winter of 2012 was a different story we had the famous ice storm and extremely cold temperatures. I believe it was the day after Christmas in 2013 when I looked out the window to see a crack forming in the upper right corner of one of the windows. Given that it was the holidays, I called them in January 2014 to let them know that a crack was starting in one of the windows. I figured that I would have no problems given the iron clad warranty that the sales guy, John (I believe that was his name) had sold me on. To my dismay, cracks were not covered and it was going to cost me a minimum of $200 to have the window replaced. Needless to say, I was very upset. I finally got over the upset and called them on July 19, 2016 to have the window replaced. I gave the lady the serial number of the window, which was sufficient last time for a replacement estimate but not this time. I am still waiting to hear back.

Gino and Mike replaced windows and patio door in my townhouse in a most efficient way and replaced the shutters at my expense. All told I would highly recommend Brock for their product and service. A job well done!

Replaced all 15 windows in our bugalow. Retrofit installation; casement, awnings and a few sliders in the back basement. They look amazing the colour is great. So nice to get sir through the house. The install was as scheduled. Installers were excellent. No issues or problems at all, very happy.

From the moment I spoke to,sales man till windows and door were in stalled,my wife and I had a great experience. The work was done in a timely mater And very professionally .deffinately would recommend Brock doors and windows ,thanks for a great job well done!

We had all of the windows and the patio door replaced and are very happy with the results. I would like to mention Angelyke the project co-ordinator, Suzette in the office who got back to us quickly and especially to Ziggy and his assistant who installed everything. This was on a pretty hot day and they were here for over 8 hours. They put protection down on our floors and walls, cleaned up and took all of the old windows away. They were polite, pleasant and answered questions as the day went along. Would definitely recommend them.

All the windows in my two-storey house were replaced by the condominium corporation a few months ago. The people from Brock arrived on time and replaced all the windows over a 2 day period. They were very friendly and courteous and lay mats all over the house when replacing the windows. They even took off their boots when in the house, thus minimizing any mess. The windows are of high quality and are easy to clean. Workmanship was of high quality and they took pride in their work. They cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. I am very satisfied with Brock and would definitely recommend them.
