Love seat replaced once bcse of defect in material
2nd love seat missing padding, arms are very difficult to use, one side of the love seat padding also crush.
I was told by the sales person in Brault and Martineau for the first set that the Arm chair I chose was not an Elran which I just found out it is and had I known I would have picked the same model.

I was willing to choose another model for the love seat, electric and different model more expensive but they declined and said they declined and said would send two new backs. So you pay for new and you end up with repairs.might as well buy on Marketplace.So I live with the crush side.

Elran is no different then any other furniture fabrican5 out there.

After 14 years of very good service, we decided to renew the leather and it cost 293.20$ tax included. The work was done very nicely by their employees... Thank you to: Alexandre and Michel B. for there excellent service.

Recliner sofa was hard to operate (manual lever model) and the foot rest would not stay close. Between the seller and manufacture no one made any effort to fix the problem.

Excuses, excuses, excuses….NEVER AGAIN will I order or recommend this company, total Disappointment for this Canadian company

We purchased an Elran sofa and power reclining chair. After 6 years, the material started peeling in spots. We have no kids or pets and it is just my husband and I and we are very gentle on our items. Now approx 7 years later, the peeling has gotten much worse and the material has peeled to the point of having to throw blankets over it. It is foam underneath and the foam sheds all over my floor. This furniture is sturdy and should have lasted years the way we treat it but the material is GARBAGE!!! I tried to reach someone at Elran and they did not call back for weeks. I called again and the lady tried to put me back in touch with the person who did not return my call; I tried to tell her I did not want to speak with that person as they failed to call me back....she cut me off and then transferred me anyway. Then I tried to reach the President, he gave me his direct number to call and I always got his voicemail. He did not call me back. I decided it is not worth it but I will be glad to tell as many people as possible NOT TO BUY ELRAN! They clearly do not stand behind their products.

We purchased this set in 2003 and they have stood the test of time and grandchildren. In 2015 one of reclining mechanisms for the sofa broke. I contacted Elran looking for just a replacement part. Instead of a part Elran sent me an entire replacement unit. I was very surprised at the quick service. All they needed was the sofa serial number and my current address I had to pay shipping as I was in a rural location but within a few weeks the mechanism arrived. Just recently in July 2017 the mechanism on the other side of the sofa broke. I called Elran asked for a replacement part same as last time I was sent a complete mechanism. Very happy with their warranty service, it is second to none.

paid $5000 for a all leather sectional i thought would last long time but after a few years of use reclining mechanisms got very sloppy and no longer works smooth i weigh 180lbs. the wood frame came apart from all the spring tension it is under even with no load with two people pushing on it cant even put it where it was so much pressure unreal!no wonder why it broke with only a few pin nails to keep tension togather!wtf it says lifetime warranty on frame and mechanisms.called they told me i can get a piece of wood to satisfy a lifetime frame warranty!wtf original piece needs to be put back and screwed not easy at all!would need unwrap leather and deal with enormous pressure from spring system with no load even is ridiculous!said i can find someone and pay to fix.i can pay $50 shipping for pc.of wood,nails? and mechanism
