Eto Doors

Ordered several doors, very beautiful! They look amazing. They close flush, no damage during shipping. Beautiful doors and would order from them again. Customer Service was never an issue either. Whenever I had questions, they were quick to respond.

We recently purchased a home in the area, and needed some new doors. After looking around, we decided to go with ETO based on a referral we received from a well trusted friend. We were a bit hesitant at first to order doors online, but the quality and attention to details put into these doors, goes unmatched from what you'd find at a big box store. We're very satisfied with the entire process. From the order, general customer service questions, and delivery. A+ service.

Their doors really stand out. The doors took a few weeks to arrive, but when we got them and got everything installed, they really made the home. After spending over $7,000 for a house full of new doors from ETO, we found after unpacking them that doors advertised as "primed" actually come with completely unfinished edges, made up of multiple pieces of wood stuck together, and with large gaps, seams, and holes in them that have to be worked on! Beware that primed means nothing. These doors are not ready for paint and need major filling work. Customer service doesn't care and simply says the doors come "unfinished", even though they are sold as primed. I guess this means with holes and gaps. We paid our painter to fix the doors.
