To not miss out on jobs and make more homeowner connections, it’s important to respond to homeowners as soon as possible.
As a professional who is busy at another job or on the go for business, it may not always be easy for you to check and reply to messages, even on the app. What you need is a quick template that you can choose based on the situation.
To make this task simpler, we at HomeStars released the auto-reply feature on your HomeStars profile that sends an automatic reply to the homeowner when you accept a lead. We have gone one step further in this blog and have built example templates in two sections – that you can choose from to easily make your own template. Simply choose one from each section – the first section covers your introduction where you can choose one based on your reviews, awards and more while the second section delves into the situations like whether you need more information or want to schedule a visit. You can also create multiple templates by pairing the appropriate one from Section 1 with different situations in Section 2. Try them out!
