A Happy Scarborough Resident!

I am thrilled with the sales, service and installation of a heat pump recently purchased from Buttons Heating Inc. My AC unit died during the July hot spell, and John Johnston of Buttons went out of his way to secure a unit despite a shortage. Brian, in sales, thoroughly explained the benefits of the product, the cost, and the government rebate program in an easy to understand, low pressure way. He was excellent. In addition, the installation team of Kris, Kyle, and Phil, did a fabulous job, they were neat and efficient, patiently answered all questions, and left my home in tip top shape. Thank you to the Buttons team! The extra bonus is that I will also receive a rebate cheque - a win for all!

After several ill-fated attempts, it took me several years to find a contractor that I could trust in rebuilding my chimney! Then Bill Fairney came along. Bill was professional, easy to work with, took time to explain things, checked the quality of the work in progress and ensured all was completed on schedule.
