Remove and replace hard-wired smoke detector. Upgrade 5 electrical outlets from 2 prong to 3 prong with a ground wire. They provided a quick response and arrived exactly on the time promised.

Concrete repairs, repairs to brickwork plus various household repairs
KC, Ben and their team expertly completed repairs around my home, including brickwork, concrete porch and sidewalk, hole in one of my walls and applied waterproofing sealant to one of my basement walls. Its almost impossible to find a reliable contractor to do these relatively small repairs let alone find one that will return calls. I'm pleased to say that I've found one in Doktor Handyman. We are already discussing the next project for my home.

I called a different contractor and he didn't return my call. I presume that he thought it would be too much work as my eavestroughs hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years. I called Prestige and spoke to Sergio. I called on a Wednesday and he said that he'd come one day next week. He said that nobody had to be home. Not often you get a contractor come to do work without wanting full payment in advance. Luck would have it and I was home after all. Sergio and his partner did a great job and cleaned up every speck afterwords. He even went "beyond the call of duty" and repaired and reattached the elbow of the downspout. He even said that if it comes off again he will come and repair again without charge. I'd gladly refer them to anybody. I'll definitely call them agian next time.
