Max Sherman is very thorough and knowledgeable. He patiently tested and retested our home's wifi system to identify the problem's root cause. After 2 hours, he finally deduced (through multiple trial and error tests) that the problem was a faulty HDMI cable! (Who knew they could be faulty?) Few professionals would have worked so long to fix a problem. Our home's Wi-Fi now works perfectly thanks to Max's perseverance.

Joe, the owner, responded immediately and was at our home within an hour to assess our broken refrigerator. He gave me great advice, which was that he could fix the compressor, but because parts alone were $500+ it's not worth it. Better to replace it. He even gave me helpful tips on which fridges to buy (and to not buy) and how to maintain and clean our dishwasher. I'd recommend Joe to anyone without hesitation because he's a true professional!

The folks at Dickson Pro Hardware are extremely helpful. No matter how small the request or how simple the question they are always informative, patient and helpful. They also have an excellent selection of high-quailty BBQs at very competitive prices. I just ordered a BBQ last week and it was delivered right on time and installed in about 10 minutes by two knowledgeable young men. I would recommend Dickson to all my neighbours!

Vlad is a true professional. He’s a good listener, patient and takes the time to fully understand your needs and answer all your questions before the work begins. He installed our entire home theatre system and we are thrilled with the results. He visited our home four times in total, twice before the installation to quote the job (his prices were very reasonable!) then to take measurements. We asked him to install it two days before Christmas, and he even stayed late to finish it before our party. We asked him to make a fourth and final visit to make small adjustments, and he obliged gladly. Also, he is flexible and will either purchase components for you at a very competitive price or he’ll install what you have purchased. I would highly recommend Vlad to anyone.

The knowledgeable staff at Dickson's are first rate. They are always friendly, informative and very patient in answering my many questions. (Why would I ever shop at a big box store? Seldom can you find anyone to ask questions, and when you do, they don't know the answers.) Also they're open till 9pm on weekdays, which is convenient.
