After suffering from bad wifi signal and internet connection for 7 years(!) I decided to see if there’s a lifesaver online. Through Homestars, I found Max and started to read the comments and found that many of his customers experienced the same issues as us. I decided to give Max a call and I am so glad I did! Required setup and configuration of new home WiFi router, mesh network and resolution of some printer issues. Max arrived as scheduled and was able to provide all requested service and tuned my network to achieve best possible performance. Not only did Max resolve the problems, but he also explained what he was doing and why.

Internet coverage in our house has always been terrible. We started with Rogers. We had many service calls and discussions with level one and two technicians, but no joy. We switched to Bell. Again, WiFi coverage was awful. Bell technicians came out. The bottom line was that the internet service to the house was as advertised, but it was our problem to distribute it to the various floors. We tried extenders and we tried internet pods with limited no success. We hired an outside consultant, and although they improved things, we still did not have decent coverage in our attic office. This week, I contacted Max at System & Network Solutions. I described our issue to Max. He told me the hardware to buy, sending me links to Amazon. Tonight, he came to our home, and in 2.5 hours, he solved the problem no one else had been able to solve. Max was courteous, professional and punctual. He was a pleasure to work with, and we couldn’t be more pleased.

Contacted Max after reading reviews and arranged for home consult. Max looked at my existing setup and made a very simple solution to my slow wireless connections. Added a Netgear Orbi Router /Satellite and removed my old access point. My wireless download speeds are as fast as my wired connections.
Max didn't try to oversell, he listened to the issues I was having with my Wireless connection/speeds and suggested and implemented a practical solution.
I definitely would recommend Max to family and friends.

Max came by our home office on a short notice (same day) and solved all our network problems in less than two hours: configured our server, our network printers and the outgoing emails on Outlook. He is the person I will call again when we have IT issues. An honest person with integrity.

Max drove out to Pickering where I explained the issues with my network. I had issues with low internet speeds in my townhome, and internet was dropping like crazy. He set everything up, did trial tests of the network around the house and now everything is working at optimal speeds. He clearly explained how he worked with payment options that I thought were very reasonable. He truly knows his craft. It didn't take long at all and now I have excellent picture quality and reception on my TVs with high definition quality.

I would not hesitate to recommend Max at the snap of a finger in fact I asked him for several business cards and left some with our security desk and advised them to offer his name anytime a wifi related problem came up with other tenants The. Cost was very reasonable for the mess he had to clean up and correct.

Max needed to set up network to ensure my entire house funnels traffic through a VPN. He was also to check my internet speeds.

Max with System Network Solutions was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about the inner workings of how a network functions properly and was able to quickly highlight and fix our problems. We were having major network stability issues with our entertainment devices such as Sonos, 4K streaming, and gaming. He suggested a mesh network solution and was able to program the router and access points correctly so they could work efficiently to maximize performance. He even suggested how to properly upgrade the Bell Internet package to take advantage of even faster upload / download speeds we'd need. He was kind, skillful and very well spoken when communicating the problems. We learned a lot and would highly recommend using them!
