I had new windows installed at a rental unit and I thought it would be a good idea to get the lifetime warranty. Less than 1 year later, the tenant moved out and all the bedroom windows had black mold! After the assessment, the reason for the mold was due to neglect (not installation). Jacob and Mohammed came and replaced all the trim pieces that had mild and it looks just like new. No extra charge, it was all covered under their lifetime warranty! I will be using Renewals by Anderson for both my house and my other rental units. I can’t thank them enough!!!

Shawn was called to look at an exploding tap in a rental unit. The call was made by my tenant and I had no idea who Shawn was or what his qualifications were. He showed up on a Sunday evening within an hour (and he lives about an hour away), figured out the problem, called me the next day to say what needed to be fixed. He explained his background and how the company is accredited with BILD and RenoMark and how they have various licensed trades people for a wide range of jobs. I'm very happy (as well as the tenants) that the issue was resolved so quickly and I won't hesitate to use de Taeye Designs for any kind of job.

I had an ant problem in my house for 2 years. I called another pest control company, and while they did spray, the ants kept returning. Once the company no longer honoured their work, I decided to call Home Hardware Pest Control. I explained the situation to Nathalie and she had a technician go to the house and see what the issue was and why would the ants keep returning. The technician had a completely different opinion of the problem, so I decided to go with his suggestion. This meant leaving the house for 4 hours (including the pets). So far, so good! I really liked dealing with Nathalie and Abdul. They were very understanding, flexible and the cost was less than I expected (and what I previously paid). I feel better knowing that I have the work of a well known company as well.

I received a quote from Casa Renovations to redo laminate flooring, install a new kitchen and create a 1-bedroom basement apartment. At first, I thought the price was a little high, but the project was finished on-time and on-budget!! The added bonus was even though no one was living at the house, each day the space was clean and all tools were put away neatly.
