did not go to this company direct but thru Lowe's. We asked to have the tank replaced the next day as the bottom had fallen out. We rec'd a call that night to say that they would be there within a 2 hour window. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and very courteous. The tank was installed with no problems. We received a call a couple of days later to see if everything was OK.

Person helping us was quite knowledgeable about the products. We went with a product called trekking which is maintenance free. We have been very happy with this product although it can be slippery when wet especially in the winter

Work took too long but the finished product was above expectation ions except for one chip in the granite which was not repaired properly. The product used was above standard and the work area was kept clean

I asked to have thie vanity loaded into my truck. the 2 gentleman who loaded it put it in unsidedown. as the top and sink were attached and not separete, it would have cracked by the time I reached home. I had to tell them to turn it the other

THe salesperson came in, measured and wrote an estimate. The tub was done when they said and the installer knew exactly what he was doing. The work was done exactly the way we were told it would be done. Everything was left clean .

The workers were late most days and weren't very pleasant to deal with. They took a chain saw to my apple tree without informing us that this would have to be done. They refused our check stating that their accountant had never heard of the bank and then demanded a certified cheque. The Forman was very unpleasant to deal with
