Convenient website and good client support - I got a call 30 minutes prior the truck arrival. The truck was at the place exactly the time it was scheduled, the price was exactly as estimated. Great job. Would definitely recommend.

We called Drain Com due to a clog caused by roots that grew into the sewer pipe. They responded quickly and Vlad came to inspect the very next day. In two days they came to fix the problem: they opened the cement floor in the basement and replaced the pipes. The work was done fast and professionally.

Our A/C attached to the house wall near bedroom made so much vibration that is was impossible to sleep After we called Yuri, he came next day, made the work quickly and accurately. And he took less than others asked.

We ordered 2 custom frames for children drawing right before New Year. We got significant discount for using in-stock materials. Sam spent about an hour helpong us to choose best fit for color and pattern of frame. Good quality for reasonable price

We had problem with the fridge - compressor did not start Joseph: 1. Was quick in response - came the same day 2. Quckly found the problem and replaced problematic part 3. Gave exact recommendations what to do if the problem arise again
