I recently had work done to remove mold that was detected in several areas in my house. From start to finish the job was done professionally and in a timely manner. The house was thoroughly inspected for any problems areas, a detailed report was sent to me and all my questions were answered before the job started. On the day of the job, they arrived on-time and ensured that the problem areas were well contained and any mold was removed safely. I would highly recommend this company.

I recently had some work done and i'm walking away very happy. Cale is very reliable and has a very professional approach. Everything was done in a timely manner, and any concerns i may of had were addressed accordingly. He wanted to make sure all and any questions I had were answered and that I walking away with 100% confidence the job was done right. I would definitely use this company again for any future jobs.

This is still an ongoing problem I am having with my Furnace. I've had to continually get the technicians from this company come out and fix new problems that I am coming across. I've had nothing but problems since the furnace has been intalled and the only concern I have now is what problems I may come across with the waterheater and a/c unit. Buyer beware with this company!!

This person's problems with his american standard furnace have been checked out by our in-house and American Standard authorized technicians. The unit is in good working condition as per factory standards. The American Standard personnel have already visited the installation location and concluded that the furnace is in a good working condition and the customer's house requires proper insulation. The cold air is leaking from all over the house due to improper insulation and the gaps underneath doors. Since we value our customer's concerns, we have sent numerous service calls as per customer's request free of charge and have gone beyond our service commitments to address all of his concerns. I've never had such a difficult time and had such a disservice done. The company is very good at selling themselves on quality and customer service but the results are very different. I had the entire exterior of my house waterproofed and it was not done properly from start to finish. The delta membrane was not securely placed against the walls and only one coat of beacor was used to protect the walls. The entire job will have to be redone properly in order to ensure there are no future leaks.

As the owner of DrainCom I am really upset that Peter is not satisfied with our service. Peter did have some concerns but I personally went to Peter’s house and spoke to him and I truly believe that the concerns he did have were solved.
The company aims to consistently deliver a professional service to our customers and I would like to state that on this occasion the level of service you received was great.
According to the written agreement the job was done correctly and in addition to that he got a full 20 year transferrable warranty. Still the owner of the property seems to be unhappy. He asked about some additional sealing of the membrane (that is not necessary). A customer satisfaction is a job well done for DrainCom. I spoke with Peter in detail and explained the situation with issue he was having, I offered him a couple options to solve the matter. I offered to do the additional sealing that he was requesting or give a 20% discount. Peter asked for the 20% off discount that I offered and seemed happy. Peter does have a 20 year warranty with our company. If at any time Peter feels he has an issue he is more than welcome to call our company and we will send someone over to have a look.
